Community Insights
If you opt in, NourishNot may include de-identified hunger responses, sleep, Daily Mood, and emotional-pattern information in combined Community Insights. Your individual entries are not intended to be shown to other users.
Turning Community Insights off does not disable your personal reports or automatically delete your existing NourishNot history.
Usage Analytics
If you opt in, NourishNot may collect limited app-use and technical information such as app opens, screens visited, features used, app and Android versions, device model, and whether certain actions succeed or fail.
Usage Analytics does not include AI Coach conversations, sleep values, moods, emotions, hunger responses, notes, or location. It is not used for advertising, sale, or targeting.
Essential service traffic
Some requested features need to communicate with NourishNot services to work. Examples can include AI responses, history protection, account sessions, synchronization or restoration, messages, and deletion requests. That service traffic should not be confused with advertising or optional Usage Analytics.
Your choices
You can change Community Insights and Usage Analytics separately in Settings. Turning either choice off does not automatically erase existing personal history.
